She has an associate’s business degree, worked for a law firm, and then after the divorce used her competition swimming abilities as a lifeguard for a summer job. Now her kids will be going to school and she’s thinking about what to do. Women have a lot on their plate, especially mothers, let alone single mothers. She lands this date and thinks maybe it’s her time for love again. Things escalate rapidly as she questions everything for the sake of her kids and herself. Megan also has a roommate she’s helping, a Mexican mother of one from an abusive situation. James is on a six month sabbatical, never married, lost both parents, and (whomever) he works for gave him this time deservedly.
