The drug keeps citizens in an altered state, locked away behind closed doors, wired up to machines - no longer knowing what is reality and what is fiction. No-one knows how long it has been this way, most of the world is now run though automation and AI, an artificial entity controls the remnants of humanity. The elite fled the Earth, feeding from the vegetative state humanity now finds itself in. A man only known as Fielder may be the key to saving humanity.

In 2170, scientist Francesca Mukushina works for the Atlas Corporation, a global corporation who oversee space travel and research - but is there more to them that meets the eye? Will she be able to save her family from a potential devastating event?

Fielder is at war with his mind, tormented and exhausted, but not all is lost, as freedom was prophesied. Will he be the key in freeing humanity from its slavery?
